How to buy Helsinki Card over the Internet
It is easy and economical to purchase Helsinki Card in advance from the Helsinki Expert Online shop.
Payments by the following credit cards are accepted: VISA and Mastercard. If the holder of the payment card and the person collecting the Helsinki Card are not the same, remember to fill in also the name of the person who’ll pick up the Card.
Please note! After payment transaction you must return to the Online Shop by clicking the button displayed on the screen to complete your online shopping session.
Deliveries
Helsinki Cards and Guide Books are collectable from Helsinki Expert Sales Points in the city centre or from the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (Airpro Travel Services 24H). Alternatively Cards can be sent by post to your home address.
1. Collecting your Card in Helsinki
If you choose to collect the Card(s) on your arrival in Helsinki you’ll receive a booking number and a printable confirmation to your email address. Cards are handed over to you against the printed confirmation or the booking number.
When collecting the Cards be prepared to prove your identity.
Helsinki Expert’s Sales Points in Helsinki:
- Helsinki Expert, Sales Point, Railway Station (Central Hall), Kaivokatu
- Helsinki Expert, Sales Point at Helsinki City Tourist and Convention Bureau, Pohjoisesplanadi 19
Cards can also be collected from the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport at Airpro Travel Services 24H located in the terminal T2 (Arrivals Hall 3).
2. Mail delivery of Cards
Cards can also be delivered by mail. Mail-orders are always confirmed to your email address. Helsinki Cards and Guide Books are sent either to your home address or to some other recipient of your choice. Therefore remember to fill in also the recipient’s address.
The fee for the mail deliveries in Finland is €6 and to abroad from Finland €12.

In order to receive your Cards in time Card orders must be done latest 14 days before your arrival date.
