Savu Restaurant has a unique milieu in a red log shed built to store tar in 1805. Savu serves dishes smoked in various ways or seasoned with aromatic smoke. Jan 13–March 31 “Fondue Menu” available. The only dessert – but all the more tasty – is pancakes with delicious toppings. The dining room seats 90, the two private rooms 32 and 28, the covered and heated outdoor terrace 100. Table reservations recommended.
